Visiting the website
When you visit this website, your browser sends us technical information: your IP address, the page you asked for, the date and time, the page you came from, and your browser and operating system. Our servers use it to deliver the page and keep the site secure, and keep it in logs only as long as needed for that. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting
The website is hosted by UpCloud Oy, Aleksanterinkatu 15 B, 00100 Helsinki, Finland, which processes the data above on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
Content delivery network
The website is delivered through the content delivery network of BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia. It keeps copies of our pages on servers near you, so they load quickly, and filters harmful traffic. To do so it processes the data above, in particular your IP address, on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a fast and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contacting us
If you email or call us, we use your contact details and what you tell us to answer you, and delete them once your enquiry is dealt with, unless the law requires us to keep them. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or the steps you've asked us to take before an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Cookies and storage on your device
This website sets no cookies. If you choose dark mode, we keep a note of that choice in your browser's storage, on your device only, until you clear it. Our fonts come from our own servers. We don't use analytics or advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what we did before. To use these rights, contact us at the address above.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
